I have been using Ticktaps for a while now and I must say it is an average experience. The website is easy to navigate and the booking process is smooth. However, the customer service could be improved. The response time is a bit slow and sometimes it takes a while to get a resolution for any issues. Overall, it's an okay platform, but there is definitely room for improvement.
