I recently joined a field hockey training session that was hosted by efhockey.co.uk and it was a wonderful experience. The trainers were highly knowledgeable and dedicated. They helped me improve my stick skills and tactical understanding of the game. It was an intense and enjoyable training session. I would highly recommend their programs!
