Ecotec windows provided an average experience. The customer service was satisfactory and the installation process went smoothly. However, I did notice a small issue with one of the windows after it was installed. It was quickly fixed, but it was still a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, I would say that Ecotec windows is a decent company to work with.
