To our good fortune we happened across CRS construction during an Internet search looking for a contractor that could provide a myriad of different services. We were undergoing a complete kitchen remodel and had to remove the back of our house to expand the kitchen. The boss, JC was responsive and professional in his approach to our job. He met at our home and walked through our design where he made some smart and efficient changes that we had not thought about. The job could have been done without a structural engineer but encouraged us to use one for our own peace of mind since we had to replace the ceiling beam after removing the back of the house. From the first day his crew showed up on the job from demolition to the last brush stroke it was the best the experiencet we've ever encountered in a home improvement. It was our first kitchen remodel and we knew right from the beginning that CRS construction was the perfect fit. The crew was skilled in every construction element from brick, roofing, framing, trim carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall and painting. They were very attentive to detail and if they ran across a problem they looked for the best solution for us and not a quick fix that would benefit them. The remodel turned our kitchen into a beautiful centerpiece of our home. Every friend that visits are home raves about the addition. Just as important was that CRS construction was fair, honest and very affordable. We had received bids from other companies that were substantially higher and they expressed some hesitation because of the structural nature of the job. JC and his team were not hesitant about how they wanted to approach the addition and created an incredible feature to our home through skilled craftmanship. We can't begin to describe how pleased we are with what they did. We highly recommend them for any job and would state without hesitation that you would never be disappointed in the work they do. We are awaiting appliances before we take final photos but we will add them once the appliance arrive and are installed so can see for yourself the before and after.
