I'm somewhat dissatisfied with the snow removal service I received from Msd Snow Removal INC. While they did remove the snow, the quality of the work was average. There were some areas that were missed, and overall, it was not up to my expectations. Their customer service was also lacking. I would only consider using their service again if improvements are made.
