Downright bad. Have an 83-year-old woman, just out of a hot plane, stand in a chair in a cold hallway for 45 minutes. The Axxicom employee who accompanied her refused to offer any assistance with the baggage claim. Not motivated and cranky employees at Axxicom, and that was no different 2 years ago.
