My experience with Lance Tile was a mixed bag. While the selection of tiles was impressive and the prices were reasonable, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff seemed indifferent and not very knowledgeable. However, the quality of the tiles themselves was good, and the installation was done well. Overall, an average experience.
