Disorganized experience. The product selection was decent, but the shipping process was frustrating. Items took longer than expected to arrive, with little communication on the status of my order. When I reached out for assistance, responses were delayed and not very helpful. A more streamlined approach to customer service and order fulfillment would really enhance the overall experience. 😕
