I recently had the opportunity to use a moving service, and while I was hopeful for a smooth experience, it turned out to be quite the challenge. Communication was lacking, and it felt like I was often left in the dark about the status of my move. 📦

The team arrived later than expected, which had a domino effect on the rest of my day. When they did get here, I found their approach to handling my belongings to be somewhat careless. Items were not packed with the attention I had anticipated, and a few of my possessions were not treated with the care I would have liked. 😕

On a positive note, they were fairly friendly, but I expected a greater emphasis on professionalism given the circumstances. Overall, it’s an experience that didn’t meet my expectations, and I would recommend considering other options for a smoother moving experience.
