I have purchased 5 new Honda vehicles in the past 11 years from three different Honda dealerships in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. In the process, I have communicated with pretty much all of the Phoenix metropolitan Honda dealerships. AutoNation Honda Chandler is, in my opinion, the easiest dealership to work with.

I prefer to negotiate the purchase of my vehicles by email before ever stepping into the dealership. AutoNation Honda Chandler has always been willing to give me an out-the-door price in writing with a full breakdown of all of the costs. My most recent Honda vehicle purchase (two weeks ago) was no exception. Johnathan Schmidt, who responded to my initial email inquiry, was easy to work with and not pushy at all. I was not immediately ready to buy when I first inquired about pricing, and Johnathan did not try to force the issue. He followed up with me to check the status of my readiness to buy a vehicle, but not so frequently that it became annoying. When I was ready to buy, it was easy to negotiate the final price of the vehicle over the phone and by email so that I knew what I would be paying when I arrived at the dealership.

Once I was at the dealership, Roxana Fador took great care of me and made the paperwork part of the process smooth and efficient. I was able to quickly complete the paperwork and drive off in my new vehicle.
