Full disclosure, the renovation did not go as smooth as silk, but that's probably more to do with the COVID pandemic than anything else. My wife and I were most impressed by the quality of the materials used and the owner's (Brian's) utter dedication to our complete satisfaction. We will use Willam Design when it comes time to renovate our bathrooms.
