I had to change to another company weeks into my contract. Independent made so many mistakes with my property management that I ended losing money instead, they took 6 weeks to tell me they received a notice of arrears for my account, called an urgent plumber for a water leak in the unit downstairs (my unit had nothing wrong) and took weeks to install a lock that I asked done from the beginning of the contract and have supplied the lock for it too. After reminding me about the job and about using the lock I supplied they did the job when the tenant complaint about this fault and forgot I supplied the lock, asking the locksmith to supply one. I reccommend you go with someone else.
