DONT BUY. Purchased 5 Airone Max tents and 2 large tents without side walls. Being a business man myself it hurts to post a bad review but have to share my experience so no one else gets victimised.

Horrible experience. We would give a -5* if option was available. Faulty installation and 0 after sales service. After 100s of calls, emails with Indian team, took up the matter with the Parent company... still no use. Tents were installed crooked, absolutely no ventillation and absolutely no service. Had to fix all issues ourselves. Suffering since 3 yrs. Product not suitable for India. Extremely hot (no ventilation provided in the cone. Even a 2 ton Mitsubishi AC is useless. Extremely cold too in winters.

Door frames for ALL 5 TENTS were installed crooked and slanted. After trying level best to make tgem rectify.. ended up getting a local carpenter to make crooked doors. (Sic)

Water drain outlets installed wrong, galvanised items rusted! List of blunders unlimited.

Extremely sorry for the late review and hope no one else suffers like us. A total disaster.
