I've been at least 3 times now and can clearly say...

I've been at least 3 times now and can clearly say great customer service, no rip off in servicing my car, and nice massage chair. However, they are slacking on cleaning the inside and outside of the vehicle. Yes they do a courtesy wash but they are very lackadaisical with the wax job. How they clean the car I could have did myself. The dealer location in Flemington NJ where I bought my car does not give a poor clean and wax job. For my next service I'm driving 1hr out my way just to prove my point.
