I had a mixed experience with The Muddy Mutt. Some aspects of their service were great, while others were disappointing. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they really seemed to care about the dogs. However, the facilities were not as clean as I would have liked, and the pricing was a bit steep. Overall, an average experience.
