I recently went on a vacation with Sunquest Vacations and it was an average experience. The company website sunquest-hawaii.com was easy to navigate and booking the trip was a breeze. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very helpful or friendly, and it took a long time to get any assistance. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
