This is a beautiful park with oak trees well over a hundred years old. There are many things to see in the park. There is an art museum, children's play area and rides, sculpture garden, Cafe Du Monde with great beignets, there are places to hold weddings and other functions, there are football and soccer fields and a very nice golf course. It is a must see for people visiting New Orleans. Bulldog Pub within walking distance and also beautiful cemetery next to the park.
