I had an average experience with Graphic sense. While their website design was visually appealing and well-organized, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took several days to get a response to my emails and the staff seemed uninterested in helping me. Overall, the quality of their work was satisfactory, but I expected more from a company with such a reputation. I would consider using their services again, but only if their customer service improves.
