I recently used Martin, Gary M for a home installation project and overall, it was an average experience. The technicians arrived on time and completed the work as requested. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. They weren't very friendly or helpful when I had questions about the process. The quality of their work was okay, but I've had better experiences with other companies. I would consider using them again if I couldn't find another option, but I wouldn't highly recommend them.
