I would give 0 stars if possible. I am beyond frustrated by this entire process. I applied for unemployment benefits and was approved. Which is great due to what is happening around the world right now. But after receiving my first week of unemployment, I am unable to file a claim, the system does not recognize my social security number and I can t proceed. I have tried every phone option in hopes of leaving a voicemail. My financial situation is dire and this money will help keep my wife and I afloat. I have filled out multiple forms, and have heard no response. It has been 3 weeks. I understand that thousands of people are applying and the department of labor must be incredibly busy, but the life of my wife and I are relying on this money and I am not receiving it, nor am I able to get in touch with anyone who can help me fix this. This is absolutely ridiculous.
