I have been buying products from Bits and bods for a while now and I must say their quality is average. The website is easy to navigate and the delivery is always on time. However, their customer service needs improvement. The representatives are not very helpful and don't seem to care much about solving customer's issues. Overall, it's an okay company to buy from.
