The customer service at POP'S CONVENIENCE STORE is decent. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. However, there have been times when I felt ignored or rushed. The store itself is clean and well-organized. The prices are reasonable, but I wish there were more discounts and promotions. Overall, it's an okay place to shop.
