Went to L.S.T grill for mother's day. Order five steak dinners at 7:00 pm.Got curb side dinner at 8:00 .p.m. Check order before leaving was not my order! Well the workers look at the order took it back. We waited another half hour for the right order they brought are new order two dinners still missing omg. Then they had the nerves to tell me that's what I only order. Brought out a receipt that was not mines with somebody else name on it. My kids got mad and told them off they took the food back again now it's 8:30. Well here it's 9:00 manager finally came out because we told her workers off. They were unprofessional didn't know how to communicate and know nothing about the food! Well this is what happen the manager finally fessed up, the worker wrote down the wrong order. Now it's 9:30 they are closing to late to finally cook are right order. My kids wanted to just cancel the order and get there money back. But my grandkids wanted their food lol! After all of this I was not about to cancel that food even if it was wrong. Well we got must of all what we order and some food items was still missing. The manager gave me two coupons for 2 free dinners and the food was delicious!
