If you are willing to work hard and show up daily and are concerned about your safety then this is a great place to work It's a factory so it will be hot but you will get a break every 2hrs. The management team are ALWAYS wanting and willing to better the factory,Giving the worker's a voice and opportunity to contribute to that change. Plenty of room for advancement,but like anything else in life it's not given it's earned.
