Had a great time at Beneath the Streets. They cap their tours at 25ish people. Makes it easier to navigate and our guide had been doing tours of the Seattle underground for over 17 years. He knew his stuff and answered any and all questions with accurate and funny responses.
I highly recommend the experience.
