I had a mixed experience with Townsquare Realty INC. While their website was user-friendly and informative, I found their customer service to be lacking. The agent assigned to me was not very responsive and often took a long time to answer my questions. However, once I finally found a property I liked, the transaction process went smoothly. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
