I recently had an experience with Unocad srl, and I must say it was a mixed one. The website was easy to navigate, and placing an order was hassle-free. However, the delivery took longer than expected, and the product received was not as described. The customer service was prompt in addressing the issue, but overall, it was not a great experience. I hope they improve their quality control.
