The overall experience with Nord fluid s.p.a. was quite average. The customer service was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of product quality. I appreciate their prompt response to my inquiries, but I have noticed some inconsistencies in the performance of their products. With some enhancements, they can surely become a great company.
