This was an exceptional experience that in the end created a ring that my wife absolutely loved. Not only was it a beautiful ring but she really appreciated that I had designed it for her.

I have been buying jewelry online for several years as I find more value/quality in the products than my local jewelry stores. Fortunately I came across The Natural Sapphire Company and with a little trepidation initiated contact. Erika promptly emailed back and we began what for me was a really enjoyable process of designing a ring. The website is amazing with multiple search options and in depth 3D views of unlimited sapphires. I narrowed down several choices of sapphires in my price range, chose different settings and received great mock ups of the rings. Website grade A.

What really made the difference was the attentive patient service that Erika provided through out the design process of the ring. We looked at quite a few designs and she was always promptly responsive, gave great feedback/advice, never got impatient or pushy to complete the sale, and even tried to refund some money after minor misunderstanding. Erika grade A++
