I do not normally do this but in this case I have too! I worked with Michael and he was an amazing, kind, caring person who obviously loves what he does. I don't really know how to thank him for all the patience he showed me in the past couple of weeks. I can be a little obsessive/compulsive and I must have asked 200 questions! I was a little scared to buy on line but I could feel the kindness of the staff from the first phone call to the many emails back and forth to help me make the perfect decision. I can say without reservation this is probably the best experience I have ever had buying something. I am going back for a ruby next no hesitation to buy again! If you want an amazing experience buying amazing treasures this is your place to do it!
