I had a mixed experience with Rooftops Letting and Management. Overall, I would rate them as average. They were responsive to my inquiries and were able to quickly find a tenant for my property. However, their communication could have been better as there were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. Additionally, there were some small maintenance issues that took longer to resolve than I would have liked. Overall, a decent experience.
