Got the credential verification back in good time....

Got the credential verification back in good time. Unfortunately they got my name wrong! It's not tricky - my name is Jacqueline, yet they called me Kate! I notified them immediately. 4 working days later I still have had no response. I have tried calling them, but I get no answer. Not very impressed with their service, I'm afraid.
