I recently visited a hair studio & spa and had a decent experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the salon had a comfortable atmosphere. The haircut I received was satisfactory, and the stylist did a good job. However, I felt that the service was lacking a personal touch. Overall, it was an average experience.
