I recently had the opportunity to work with an law firm for a legal matter, and I must say, the experience was quite average. The website was easy to navigate and provided plenty of information about their services, which was helpful. However, the overall communication and responsiveness from the firm could have been better. It sometimes took a while to receive updates on my case and the replies to my inquiries were not always prompt. In terms of legal expertise, they were knowledgeable and provided solid advice, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
