Netbank has been my primary online banking service for a few months now. Overall, it's decent but could use some improvements. While the website is functional and easy to use, there are a few minor annoyances. For example, the transaction search functionality could be more advanced, and the budgeting tools are limited. However, the customer support is friendly and responsive, which is a plus. Netbank is an average online banking option, but it gets the job done.
