I recently reviewed the services of this insurance company and found their customer service to be satisfactory. The website navigation was smooth and I appreciate the variety of insurance products offered. However, I believe there is room for improvement in the clarity of policy details and the ease of claims processing. Overall, it was an average experience. 👍🏼
