I recently visited a salon in my area after hearing positive things about it. The salon's website was easy to navigate, and I was able to schedule an appointment online, which was convenient. However, when I arrived, I was disappointed by the lackluster ambiance. The staff seemed preoccupied and disinterested, which affected the overall experience. My stylist did a decent job, but there was nothing particularly exceptional about the service. The prices were reasonable, but I was hoping for a more welcoming and vibrant atmosphere.
