I had an average experience with the convention and visitors authority in Reno. The website was informative, but it could use some improvement in terms of user-friendliness. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I felt that they lacked in-depth knowledge about certain attractions. Despite these drawbacks, I still managed to have a decent trip to Reno.
