I recently used this electric provider for my home and found the service to be satisfactory. The website was user-friendly, and I was able to easily manage my account online. However, I did encounter some issues with the billing system, which was frustrating. The customer service team was responsive but could have been more proactive in resolving the issue. The mobile app is convenient and allows me to track my energy usage, but there is room for improvement in terms of its functionality and design. Overall, I would rate the company as average. I appreciate the efforts put into providing reliable energy services, but I believe there is still more work to be done to enhance the overall customer experience. 🙂
