Recently found a charge on my bank statement that didn't make any sense. A $200 charge! They don't answer phones so I had to figure out where they were located. Long story short it took 3weeks for them to get back with me only to tell me the order had been cancelled. Not that I was getting my money back as well. It's been almost 4 weeks now and not a word or response More. LG CNS if your seeing this I want it back ASAP!
