I recently engaged a recruitment agency to help us find suitable candidates for our organization. The agency did a decent job in shortlisting candidates, but I found the overall process to be a bit slow. The communication with the team was good, but they could have been more proactive in providing updates. However, I appreciate their efforts in finding us a candidate who met our requirements. There is room for improvement in terms of efficiency and speed of the process.
