A few days ago, I called Dr Toussaint's office to schedule an appointment for an ingrown toenail. I was able to get in the same day. When I got there, the office was very welcoming. Then, when I got to the exam room, Dr Toussaint greeted me with care and understanding. At first, I was very skeptical because I am afraid of needles. But Dr Toussaint, with her bedside manners, reassured me that everything was going to be okay and that she would take good care of me. And believe it or not, she was right. I did not feel the needle at all and everything went smoothly just like she said. For that reason, I want to thank you Dr Toussaint for your care, understanding and bedside manners. Definitely, I will recommend you to my family, friends and anyone who complains about ingrown toenail problems. Keep up the good work and may God continue to bless your hand and your work!
