When I contacted the support service, then i had a freeze account for some time with hotbit that was unable to withdraw me, support team said I have to merge and re-activated through dragonex.us.com. This was done with the minimum of 9 minutes and in a very timely manner. The service I then received when completing the process, was excellent. I would certainly recommend them to anyone especially the old users wanting this service for recovery.
