I recently discovered a hidden gem of a brewery while on a weekend trip. The beer at paradigmbrewery.com was outstanding, especially the IPA and stout. The ambiance of the place was very relaxing and the staff were friendly and attentive. It was a great experience and I would definitely visit again whenever I'm in the area.
