I had a mixed experience with Directed by Lance. Overall, I think they did a decent job. While their customer service was great and they were prompt in replying to my inquiries, I felt that the quality of the final product could have been better. The storyline of my video was a bit confusing and I found some of the editing to be choppy. However, they were able to capture some beautiful shots and I appreciated their creativity in certain scenes. Overall, I would rate them as average.
