I had a somewhat mixed experience with Cetia. While their website is user-friendly and their customer service was responsive, I had some issues with the product I purchased. It took longer than expected to resolve the issue, but in the end, they were able to fix it. I appreciate their efforts but feel that there is room for improvement.
