My experience with Insurance Underwriting Managers (IUM) has been average. The customer service was satisfactory, but the claims process was quite slow. I had to wait for weeks before my claim was processed and settled. However, the staff was polite and tried their best to assist me. I would recommend IUM if you are looking for an affordable insurance option.
