Very good service. The AC in my allocated room was crazy loud. I called reception and they quickly moved me to another room and offered a free breakfast. The duty manager called a few minutes later to apologise - though really there was nothing to apologise for. Rooms are clean and functional, OK size but not big. Shower over bath but good water pressure and new bathroom fittings.
