I recently made a purchase from the website archtypeapparel.com and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, their products are stylish and of decent quality. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries and when they did, their responses were not very helpful. I was disappointed by this aspect of my experience and it may deter me from making future purchases.
