I recently used a brokerage firm for my investments and I found their services to be average. The staff was helpful but I felt that they lacked deep knowledge in certain areas. The website was easy to navigate but I had to spend some time finding the required information. Overall, it was an okay experience but I would prefer a brokerage firm with more expertise.
